You must have signed Belmont Solicitors’ standard terms and conditions and have the 14 day cancellation period expired
Law society compliant ID and Proof of address must have been provided and acknowledged as suitable by Belmont Solicitors
Liability for your accident must been admitted as a binding admission by the third-party insurance company, without any qualification of causation or contributory negligence
You must attend for an independent medical examination, with Belmont Solicitors’ chosen medical expert, at the least the second arranged date and time
The medical expert must be of the opinion that you have suffered from a physical injury as a result of your accident
You must accept the terms and prognosis of the medical report provided following the examination
Belmont Solicitors only will assess the value of your claim
Belmont Solicitors’ valuation must be accepted by you
Belmont Solicitors will pay 40% of the value of your claim, up to a maximum amount of £2,500
The valuation only applies to the injury element of your claim and no other head of loss
You must have been in contact with Belmont Solicitors within 7 days of your claim being valued by us
You must provide us with a UK bank account for the money to be deposited in
The amount of damages paid to you in advance of the claim settling, will be deducted from your final settlement figure, which is agreed with the third party insurers
Belmont Solicitors’ standard Success Fee charges and After the Event Insurance premium will be applied the figure of damages agreed with the third party insurers
